Samenvatting

Multi-hop vehicle ad-hoc networks are a substantial part of future safetysystems. Information about dangerous spots must be delivered fast and reliable to the affected vehicles. The huge number of possible vehicle constellations and hazard scenarios brings complex requirements for the applied algorithms. Routing decisions depend from the application itself, the traffic scenario and geographical parameters. Previous proposals bring insights on spatial and efficiency aspects. Before this background the paper describes the particular requirements for dissemination protocol for hazard messages and classifies common protocols. Finally an adapted solution is discussed. For the covering abstract see ITRD E134653.
