The distribution of traffic in Great Britain through the 24 hours of the day in 1968.

This report analyses counts made at about 200 sites on motorways, trunk, principle and classified roads, presenting hourly flows as percentages of the traffic passing in the 24 hours of the day, and also showing the percentage composition of traffic in each hour. Figures are given for February and August 1968, for each of the six classes of vehicle, and for Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
