Samenvatting
An examination is made of the problem of the reluctance of physicians and others to stop and render assistance at highway accidents for fear of lawsuits. The North American solution of enacting Good Samaritan Laws which relieve physicians and others of possible civil liability when they do stop to offer their services is reviewed and compared to the European solution.
