Samenvatting
An environmental studies program to examine sensory losses, forced relocation, mobility, housing, and transportation as they relate to the elderly is being conducted. Data related to highway safety for elderly drivers has been collected on videotape, using a coated lens to simulate an elderly driver's vision. This information has been used to develop the curriculum for an older driver refresher course as well as to develop highway safety measures.
