Relations concerning the application of safety belt anchorages and strength of seats and their anchorages to be used for children, and not intended for use with folding (tip-up) seats, or to side facing seats or to rearward facing seats. These devices are intended to reduce the possibility of injury in accidents to child passengers whilst being comfortable and convenient to use. Three groups of restraint are dealt with: group I for children from 9 kg. up to 18 kg; group II for children from 15 kg up to 25 kg.; and group III for children from 22 kg. up to 36 kg.
