Drinking and driving in Turku, Finland.

On.1-4-1977 Finland got a new law concerning drinking and driving. The new regulations contain two critical limits of blood alcohol - a lower limit of 0,5 % per thousand and an upper limit of 1,5 % per thousand, exceeding of which means severe drinking and driving. Possible methods of preventing drinking and driving are discussed on the basis of the results of this study.
