Driver behaviour on urban roads, near schools, with a 30km /h temporary speed limit, was investigated. The purpose of the study was to investigate to what extent differences in enforcement activities in urban areas were noticed by drivers, whether it affected drivers'perceived probability of detection and whether increased enforcement had effects on vehicle speeds.
