Samenvatting
This report presents details of the RTA's Driver Education Strategy in its current form. (The strategy is subject to revision). The strategy aims to provide the state with a systematic approach to driver education. It covers such aspects as: research and evaluation; effective targeting of programs; community responsibility and support; broadening driver training programs; adequately skilled instructors; links with other policies or strategies; and consistent messages.
