Samenvatting
As a part of the study for the development and use of a driver improvement program for problem drivers a literature review was made on basic principles, practice and results of driver improvement measures in German speaking countries and to compare these with those in the U.S.A. In the addenda of the report some programs are described in detail. For the other parts of the study see PB 26209-26211.
