Samenvatting

The simulation of driver information processing and control must be aimed toward the training of people, in specific control tasks under emergency-type as well as under routine type driving conditions. High accident rate driving populations receiving such training would be more adequately prepared to handle routine and emergency situations and would, thereby, reduce the likelihood that they would be involved in an accident.
