Samenvatting
The vehicular transport system (VTS) and the problems that it is presenting to the society are described. In addition to a brief literature survey regarding effects of fatigue, intoxicants and climate factors upon driving performance, some of the problems connected with live studies and the simulator studies are discussed. A brief description the simulator built at the University of Windsor is given and some details of the proposed experiments to be conducted are described.
