Die Unfallumstaende von 108 Verkehrsunfaellen mit dem Nachweis psychoaktiver Substanzen im Blut des schuldhaften Verursachers wurden mit der Fragestellung ausgewertet, ob es Zusammenhaenge zwischen Drogentyp, Drogenkonzentration und Unfallumstaenden gibt. Es standen der toxikologische Blutbefund und die Ermittlungsakten der Staatsanwaltschaft zur Auswertung zur Verfuegung. Aus den Rohdaten wurden klassifizierte Merkmale gebildet. Die Cannabis-Unfaelle stellten die groesste Gruppe unter den Einzeldrogen, wiesen am haeufigsten unauffaellige koerperliche Befunde und gleichzeitig die schwersten Unfallfolgen auf. Die Auswertung zeigt, dass Cannabis im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme am Strassenverkehr keineswegs als "weiche" oder "harmlose" Droge eingestuft werden kann. (Author/publisher) Abstract in English: Circumstances of 108 traffic crashes with detection of drugs (other than alcohol) in blood of the responsible driver were evaluated to find out a relationship between drug type, measured blood concentration and traffic crash circumstances. Toxicological results of blood analyses in combination with the documents of judicial inquiry were made available for the evaluation. Classified characteristics were generated on account of the data. Presence of cannabis as the sole psychoactive drug represents the biggest group of the single-drug detection cases. This group shows the most severe crash outcome together with the most frequent inconspicuous physical medical evidence. Crashes occurred frequently in the dark. The study shows cannabis in connection with driving not to be a "harmless" or "soft" drug. (Author/publisher)
