Samenvatting
Two systems for measuring dynamic pavement load on a long-term continuous basis developed for heavy highway vehicles are discussed. Dynamic reactions of vehicles to road surface irregularities are analysed, a data set of the measured pavement loads for heavy vehicles is presented, dynamic loads related to wheel rotation are measured and tire stiffness and tire enveloping properties are computed.
