Samenvatting
The advantages and new possibilities due to introducing dynamics in transport models are being discussed. It turns out that in evaluating policies not only the measures itself but also the time- schedule of the measures can be examined. A dynamic transport model must be looked at as a Decision Support System. Further a pilot model that presently is being developed at BGC will be discussed in short.
