Samenvatting
The paper deals with three motorway investment programs: two motorways west-east and one motorway north-south on Polish territory. On the basis of traffic forecasts, the present state of existing roads, investment outlays, road user benefits/cost ratio, have been established. The order of priority for constructing 17 sections of three motorways and the justification of this investment, taking into account as well employment and regional economies development, is outlined.
