Economic studies on traffic control systems on major roads- A simple evaluation method.

To bring about a quick evaluation of traffic control systems- favorable in costs and time- A method is now available which permits by rough estimations of the effects to check realized measures as well as planned ones. This method called "Vereinfachtes Verfahren für die Bewertung von betrieblichen Massnahmen zur Verbesserung des Verkehrsablaufs" is successfully used for ex- post- studies and ex- ante- studies.Described is the applicability and the working of the system.
