Samenvatting
Benefit- cost analysis has been used for a number of years to prioritise roading projects submitted to the National Roads Board. This paper reports on progress with an extension of economic methods into the area of road safety policy development. The work consists of two parts: a theoretical grounding and a number of practical applications.
