Samenvatting
This paper describes the results of a project to evaluate a driver rehabilitation course for traffic law offenders in Belgium. This course forms part of an alternative to criminal prosecution. The evaluation study was carried out by means of a questionnaire completed before the course and one after. The first questionnaire established a profile of the user group and the attitudes affecting their driving. The second questionnaire concerned changes to these attitudes. The course did not appear to make a significant difference to drivers' attitudes and habits, although they seemed to find the course itself a positive experience.
