Samenvatting
In the new developed standard bus for regional transport some provisions are made for persons which are handicapped slightly. In an evaluation study the value of the modifications for the use is tested. The study consisted of three parts 1. a time perception 2. an interview and 3. a video recording of a great number of in and out going passengers. From the results can be concluded that the applied modifications are considered as actual improvements.
