This paper describes a model which help forecast the expected growth of demand for parking places near railway stations. The model forecasts the effects of pricing and capacity policies transport mode and parking place selection. The model is an iterative process and is described here. The model takes into account the demands to and offers of parking provisions near the railway stations and other destinations. When the offer of parking places is too low, passengers can change their transport mode or go to another kind of parking place.
