The Action Minus 25% has been a stimulus for local authorities to develop a traffic safety plan. In such a plan attention should be paid not alone to the traffic infrastructure, but also to regulations and enforcement, education, publicity and organization. The Regional Organization for Traffic Safety in the Province of Drenthe has developed an easy, step by step approach in forms, to make it easier to set up such a local traffic safety plan.
