Samenvatting
A description of some theoretical and practical considerations concerning the construction of a road allocation model is given. The basis of this model is a gridzoning system, every zone of which receives a total score. This total score is an additive function of all the relevant criteria and their respective weights and also a so called "correction factor", which depends on the expected intensity.
