This regional location model is an integral semi-dynamic model. The most important components are: a demographic submodel, a labour market submodel and a household allocation submodel. In the overall model the housing market is a central point. In the model the relative attractiveness of the subareas is being calculated as the result of the values that households attach to the physical characteristics of the subareas.
