Samenvatting
An advice is given under which wind circumstances on the Moerdijk bridge a fixed advisory speed of 70 km/h should be established. Not only the influence of aerodynamic disturbances by wind and the effect of bus and lorry induced aerodynamic disturbances on adjacent vehicle control and performance are considered, but also the possible reaction of drivers and vehicles, in such a way that no transverse displacement bigger than 0.8 meter occur.
