Samenvatting
First aid to patients with brain and skull injuries on the accident site, during their transportation, and in the nearby hospital can save their lives. Therefore a close co-operation between hospitals and transportation organizations is urgently necessary. The measures which have to be taken by a doctor are described. Especially much attention is paid to the hematom problem.
