Samenvatting
In the beginning of 1982 a special priority regulation was introduced on the Dreven in the munipality of Nieuw-Vennep with the aim to get a better and thereby safer traffic flow on the junctions. The Dreven are a network of ring roads around the city. The results of the study show that the priority regulation has clarified the traffic situation on the junctions; did not increase the driving speed and did not modify the crossing behaviourof the pedestrians and cyclists.
