Samenvatting
The effect of weather on the daily number of all reported traffic accidents over a two year period in the small area of the city of Liverpool (Australia) is examined. Accident rates increase on day with dry-bulb temperatures above 70° to 79°. The interpretation of the association between accident rates and wet- bulb temperature, particularly on mild days, is uncertain.
