Description of the survey which was carried out after this suburban busway was opened in 1976. A stage-wise approach was necessary to trace the population N which is really relevant. Only 25% of the commuters proved to be non-captive. More frequent bus usage by 15% of the target population was the result of the introduction of the busway.
