Samenvatting
There is almost no research done to the effectiveness of the governmental policies. It is shown that only the politicians establish their policies but do not look to the outcome and effects of their policies. Political, methodological, technical and theoretical problems as regards the research the effectiveness of governmental policies are discussed.
