Samenvatting

A Canadian city has adapted and implemented transportation policies of low cost with dramatic results in accidents reduction for pedestrians and vehicles, increased speed of vehicular flow, increased capacity for some arterial streets, and reduction of vehicular stops. The major policies were the development of an extensive one-way arterial street system and parking regulations.
