Samenvatting
Traffic safety has (also) to be considered as a European problem, although not anyone is convinced of that. In the knowledge that more people are going to visit more countries in Europe in the future, this problem will increase in magnitude. In view of this, a number of possibilities, difficulties and chances are presented regarding engineering, education and enforcement.
