Samenvatting
At the construction of houses and other buildings the living with traffic must be guaranteed by situation and layout. Local authorities must clearly indicate where the residential areas are and where the vehicle traffic can drive unhindered. The reconstruction of the main road network, the division in regions, the construction of cycle tracks and footways, the construction of a route for public transport, the need of parking and the provisions for parking, are discussed.
