Samenvatting
The area of electronic payments, as an ITS application, has been developed for several years within the Skaene/Blekinge region. Through cooperationbetween university, public actors and business world (Triple Helix) has an environment for development in this subject been created. There are currently 7 application areas. The application area that is listed first further down in the document, Road charging for HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicles) is the base for a so called 'killer application', a platform which makes it easy and functional to develop other electronic payment systems.
