With the aid of modern electronic systems the punctual performance of time schedules for bus and tram can be improved. An electronic system can give information to waiting passengers on which time the next bus or tram arrive. Improvement of public transport will have a benefit on the long run for 30% of the population which is dependent on public transport, f.i. children, old people and the handicapped.
