Samenvatting
In view of a sustainable development of society an investigation took place into a more efficient consumption of fossile energy by means of land development projects. Traffic on minor rural roads is one of the items of this investigation. Energy consumption of rural traffic is directly influenced by a land development project through the road network plan and the state of maintenance of the roads.
