The Dutch economy is for a main part dependent from the offer of oil. Over the whole world the demand for energy in the next one or two decades should be supplied by oil for 40 - 50%. Seen in the context of increasing population, increasing mobility and a further grow in economics, there will be a situation that the price of oil will increase. The policy of the Dutch government is an efficient use of energy and an energy conservation.
