In the transport system as well as in the relationships between transport and society a number of developments have taken place which have influenced the use of energy very much. The full use of the possibilities of transport has arisen a society which can only exist by the grace of the possibilities of transport, which are dependent of the energy. Each disturbance will have enormous consequences.
