Samenvatting
An introduction is given to program or product evaluation. A six step procedure for conducting this sort of evaluation is described. To facilitate the description and explanation of this evaluation, three hypothetical evaluations of three different programs or products will be examined: (1) Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA's); (2) Raised Pavement Markers (RPM's); and (3) warning signs at approaches to narrow bridges.
