Samenvatting
While in 1961 yearly in transports with severe injured persons by helicopter were done, now are one to two pro week done in Murnau in Germany. This is also due to a new clinic for back-injuries. The author discusses the four reasons why a helicopter transport can be usefull 1) at accidents in zones which can be hardly reached; 2) A quick transport for back injury when needed; 3) transport for special victims to special clinics; 4) quick treatment by eye-injuries by an opthalmologist.
