Samenvatting
The starting points for the development of dial a ride bus systems, the technical concepts of the system and the operation results of the RUFBUS system in the neighbourhood of Friedrichshofen are presented. The principal set up, the operating costs, the hardware configuration of the central control station, the improper use and the vandalism of the system are discussed.
