In two impact - tests on double safety-fences with semi-permanent connections as used in places where traffic can be enabled to be guided cross the central reserve, the resistance against a break-through by vehicles was tested. The safety-fences, secured by wedge-connections were impact-tested by a lorry of 10 tons with a 53 km/h speed and a car with 92 km/h speed with an impact-angle of 20. The connections turned out to be insufficient. They should not be made anymore and the existing ones should be strengthened by four additional bolts M 16.
