Samenvatting
This report concerns the safety of motorcycles and mopeds in France. The need for a driving licence for the young drivers (aged 14-16) is discussed. To know how the education program must be set up an investigation (e.g. interview) is done. It seemed that young drivers take a great part in the accident rate. Measurements to improve the situation of motorcyclists and moped drivers (e.g. to make moped drivers more visible) are given.
