Samenvatting
A report on the activities of the EURO-COST 30 Operational Committee during 1977-1980 is briefly presented. Working groups have investigated a tasks. Based on the investigations, a conclusion is made which refers to the most suitable regulation system which should include changeable traffic signs, automatic determination of traffic noise and weather conditions.
