Samenvatting
In order to enhance bicycle use the city of Delft developed a bicycle network in the whole city. The national government has given a financial subsidy with the condition that the execution of the plan should be executed by research. The research as regards the before situation is studied and the modifications in bicycle use caused by the plan are estimated. This report discusses the expected effect of the intended measures on the use of the bicycle and is based on the situational approach.
