In the first part of the report the circumstances under which the research-before and after the introduction of the traffic circulation plan in the old centre of Delft are described. In the second part of the results of the evaluation are discussed, that is the data of the researchers are compared. The conclusions are drawn with the aid of tables, reports of interviews and some maps.
