Samenvatting
In the "Action- 25%" the national government provides local authorities among others with publicity fortfolios. These fortfolios contain information on the design and execution of a local traffic safety programme. The content of these portfolios is studied for their layout, legibility, language and comprehension. Recommendations for some improvement are presented.
