Samenvatting
This thesis deals with the development of a method to determine the real driving performance of patients receiving drug medication. Patients receiving Diazepam took part to asses the feasibility of the method. Both blood and saliva samples were taken during the experiments to study the drug level-response relationship of Diazepam and N-desmethyldiazepam. In addition the possibility of using saliva samples instead of blood samples was studied.
