Samenvatting
The theoretical examination used in the driving test of the Central Bureau for Driving Licenses ('Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen', CBR) does not fulfil the requirements. This is shown by an evaluation done by TNO Institute for Perception (IZF) of the theoretical examination. What should be changed or modified and how this should be done cannot be shown from the results of this study.
