Samenvatting
In this paper a methodical approach to regional traffic planning on structural level is worked out. Decisions on this level will increasingly more be taken on the basis of weighing up the importance of a great number of disciplines concerned. Within the scheme this paper especially works out the approach and treatment of a number of traffic aspects. Particulary the development of testing criteria and the possibilities of mutual assessment of alternatives on structural level are discussed.
