Samenvatting
Since 1982 the formal preparation procedure for land development plans includes a socio- economic cost- effectiveness analysis of plan alternatives. Recently a working group has elaborated this method with regard to impacts of road improvement. Main impact items incorporated are the savings of road maintenance costs, road user time and vehicle costs and road accidents.
